Thank you for considering becoming an exhibitor at our Annual Conference! This yearly event typically draws in excess of 300 participants and around 40 exhibitors, with a strong mix of public and private sector employers and organizations attending.

• Booth locations on the floor map are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to accommodate your top choices for booth location. Click here for the updated Exhibitor Map. Click here for a list of booth numbers with organization names.
  
• This year, there are 40 spaces available.
• Price is $1400 for members and $2000 for non-members.
• Each exhibitor booth includes two conference registrations (a $900 value for members).
• Some sponsorship levels include an exhibitor booth.
• To register an exhibition booth, click on the button below to fill out and submit the registration form.
• Registration is due by Friday, April 20th.
  

Conference theme:

This year's conference theme is "Hit the Right Note!" Exhibitors are encouraged, though not required, to decorate their booths in a musical spirit -- bands, songs, albums, genres, instruments, etc.
