Thank you for considering becoming an exhibitor at our conference! This yearly event typically draws in excess of 250 participants and over 30 exhibitors, with a strong mix of public and private sector employers and organizations attending.
To help drive engagement and lead generation between exhibitors and attendees, this year's conference will also feature a web-based and smartphone app with special features for exhibitors.

- Booth locations on the floor map are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to accommodate your top choices for booth location. Click here for the updated Exhibitor Map.
- This year, there are up to 46 spaces available.
- Price is $1500 for members and $2200 for non-members.
- Each exhibitor booth includes two conference registrations (a $950 value for members).
- Some sponsorship levels include an exhibitor booth.
- To register an exhibition booth, click on the button below to fill out and submit the registration form.
- Registration is due by Friday, April 21st.
This year's conference theme is "Fairy Tales" Exhibitors are encouraged, though not required, to decorate their booths in the spirit of the fairy tales theme.
The venue prohibits outside food or alcohol in the exhibition hall.
