WSIA Transitions Preferred Hearing Aid Vendor to MSQ for Workers’ Compensation Claims

OLYMPIA, WA — The Washington State Self-Insurers Association (WSIA) today announced that effective July 1, 2026, Medical Service Quotes (MSQ) has assumed the role of WSIA’s preferred vendor for hearing aid services in Washington workers’ compensation claims, succeeding MEDPlus Health Solutions in that role. MSQ has served as WSIA’s preferred vendor for workers’ compensation ancillary services and pharmacy benefit management since 2023, and this expansion consolidates all three service lines under a single partner.

MSQ’s platform-as-a-service (PaaS) model simplifies workflow management for claims professionals by providing a single vendor access point managed through a unified portal—one custom panel, one electronic connection, one billing process, and one reporting process. The company’s AI-enabled platform expedites referral coordination, reduces costs, and ensures better injured worker care across a broad range of healthcare products and services, including hearing devices.
