The final step in our IIU's comprehensive, goal-oriented workers' compensation curriculum, Advanced Claims Management and Appeals builds on the intermediate and advanced principles in prior trainings and explores the highest levels of claims management complexities before, during, and after actions at the BIIA. This two-day course provides instruction on advanced claims handling in the topic areas listed below by experienced legal and claim management professionals. Attendees will be provided hypothetical claim scenarios for group discussion and collaboration of claim management strategy. Attendees will also receive links to electronic copies of reference materials for pre and post class study.

Attendees take both a pre and post-class quiz as a learning exercise and to measure the effectiveness of the instruction provided.

A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged for cancellations received by June 16, 2020. This is to offset the cost of the room rental, reserved meals, and conference material production.
No credit will be given for cancellations made after June 16, 2020.
