Managing RTW in the new era of Vocational Recovery

After healing an injured worker, providing safe and effective return to work is the paramount goal of the workers' compensation system. Often that requires vocational intervention.
It can be a complex process that requires a high level of cooperation, trust, professional judgment, and collaboration between the many different participants in a workers' compensation claim.
For our second annual RTW Summit, we have assembled a group of experts from the vocational services and employer communities to explore these topics in depth and through interaction and audience engagement, provide take-home tips for getting the best return to work experience for your workers.
The day also includes ethics content that explores aspects of professional responsibility in the delivery of high quality rehabilitation services as well as regulatory updates affecting vocational rehabilitation and the Department's recently launched Vocational Recovery Project (VRP).
