We're pleased to present WSIA Board Member and Legal Committee chair John Klor of Wallace Klor Mann Capener & Bishop, P.C., who will share his popular annual rundown of key legislative, legal, regulatory, and administrative changes over the past year.

Significant issues up for discussion in the 90 minute webinar will include important Washington Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions over the past year, such as the Gorre and Larson cases on the firefighters' occupational disease presumption, as well as important decisions and trends coming from the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.

John KlorJohn Klor, is an attorney with Wallace Klor Mann Capener & Bishop, P.C. Mr. Klor has defended employers and insurers in Oregon and Washington for over 30 years. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and J.D. degree with honors from Drake University Law School. John has taught workers’ compensation law as adjunct professor for Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, the Insurance Educational Association and multiple industry organizations, including the Workers’ Compensation Claims Association, and the Oregon and Washington Self-Insurers Associations.
