Medical Provider Information Release

For a number of years there have been periods of time where, citing the HIPAA rules or some other bar to release of pertinent claims information, a medical provider will refuse to release all relevant medical information to assist in the disposition of a claim.

At the request of WSIA, the Department has written the following document for you to share with the provider, to gain their cooperation.
