Here's the latest information regarding the Self-Insured Electronic Data System (SIEDRS) project. Implementation took effect July 1, 2008. Any self-insured employer that does not submit its claims data electronically after that date may be subject to penalties and/or de-certification.
The initial reports are out and posted at the Department's website. You can find the reports HERE. Please note that the reports have only about a year's worth of data.
